Hey how did u get only the statue's "upper body" to be in focus on the photo to the right? I know its at 2.8f but did u photoshop it so that it would blur out the rest or is it all done within the camera? really appreaciate it if u can teach me

nope. but the blur can be achieved that way. that, or find a camera that does that for you...
