She looks elegant and deadly. Her hair seems a little flat though, like on of her bangs on her right side, I think there should be a little more emphasis on the layering of the bangs going around her head.

the shoulder area looks quite interesting.

in my opinion, this would be a lot better if the blakc lineart weren't visible
