The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Speaking of giveaways, our charity event with The White Hat last Sunday was pretty successful. We were able to raise P45,195. So half of it, P22,600 will be donated to the Got Heart Foundation! Thank you to everyone who went and supported the event!

It was nice to see people supporting charity events and I am glad that the cosplay community responded very well to such an event. Through our community we can extend our help to those who need it most. Through our community we can touch other people's lives. Isn't that a great feeling?

The White Hat Yogurt is our new fave fro-yo (frozen yogurt)!

This is how it looks like from behind. Can you just imagine having these toppings available in the comfort of your own home? We'd gain a few pounds though. Not because of the yogurt but because of the toppings overload! Hahaha!

People hanging out at The White Hat! It was pretty much a more social event. Everyone was in the same place, photographers, cosplayers and spectators so approaching each other was not a problem.

We also had a little cosplay contest but it was just something casual. It was mainly to award the Best Cosplay Trippers during the event!

There's a big yogurt craze going on here, too. It seems like a new yogurt shop sprouts every other day or so.

Congratulations on all the publicity and events! You're doubly lucky because you get to enjoy these things. I was hired to co-host with Sam YG before. TV is fun but not if you were like me who had to wake up at 3 am to commute for shoots via public transpo then lug extra clothes around so you didn't look like a pokpok with hastily washed off makeup (excuse the language) while commuting back home at wee hours. -_-;
